Dear
Andrew,
Needless to say, I was very anxious when I
arrived at Andrew Howard Cleaners toting my
daughters bridal gown in hand and my heart racing
awaiting your answer. Could the ink stain be removed without
damaging the fabric and the delicate detailing of beading,
crystals and lace? You
assured me that you would take the utmost care and that you
could remove the stain without blemishing the fabric.
Your years of experience and expertise came
highly recommended. Its
no wonder that I travelled from Oceanside to your place of
business because I only wanted the best in the field.
You took personal care of my daughters bridal
gown. I left
feeling and knowing that when I came back to pick up the
gown it would look brand new.
And it did!!!
You are truly a master in
your field. To
merely say thank you, just doesnt seem appropriate.
Youve gained a customer who will no doubt
recommend Andrew Howard Cleaners to others.
Sincerely,
Carol Metrick

My daughters wedding is this May. We bought her gown in
Sept., and had it delivered to my house. While trying it on
at home my daughter got a "red" stain on her
unworn wedding gown, and I was sick. Of course it was at the
bottom of the right pocket, where it was very visable. I
didn't know what it was and was scared it would never come
out. I went so far as to order another one just like it. I
called Andy and he reassured me that he would get the stain
out. I made 3 appointments with him and cancelled them,
because I was afraid it would be ruined. Well, was I wrong.
He took the gown from my clutching hands and wisked it away
into the back room and within 10 minutes came out with a
perfect gown.. No stain, no sign that ther ever was a stain.
He truly was a gown saver. He is remarkable and really knows
how to satisfy a customer. I hope he is in business for a
very long time. But we as customers can only make that
happen.
A very happy Mother of the Bride,
Lorraine
P.S. I cancelled the order for a new gown!

Dear Andrew:
I began using your cleaners when there was a grease/oil
stain on the fabric of my couch cover and didnt trust my
regular cleaners to clean it. You came highly recommended,
and sure enough, the fabric looked brand new when it was
done. I began bringing everything to you, and over the
years, you managed to keep my clothes looking clean and new,
and removed stains from many different things, that
otherwise would have needed to be thrown out.
But the reason for this letter is a recent flood I had in
my basement. My wedding gown, which had been
"preserved" shortly after my wedding 25 years ago,
was now wet and stained from the water which destroyed the
box it was in. Yellow water marks covered the sleeves, part
of the skirt, and the under slip, which had also been in the
box.
I was thrilled when I picked it up and all the stains
were gone, without ruining the fabric, or the "bridal
illusion" mesh, the seed pearls or the sequins. This
dress, from 1985, looked brand new.
Thank you for saving my dress so someday my daughter
might be able to wear it.
